TobinLeff is pleased to announce that it served as an M&A advisor to Be Social on its sale to Dolphin Entertainment.
Be Social is a Los Angeles-based influencer marketing agency that was founded by Ali Grant eight years ago. The company achieved continuous growth and strong profit margins while working with hundreds of leading beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands on influencer campaigns.

As part of Dolphin Entertainment, Be Social will continue to operate under its own name out of its existing offices in LA, with Ali Grant serving as CEO.
