TobinLeff, a leading M&A advisory and exit planning consulting firm, is pleased to announce that Mary McKinney Flaherty has joined the firm as a partner.
Mary brings nearly two decades of experience in law, corporate governance, and investment analysis to the team. She has advised founders and family businesses through all phases of the business life cycle, from initial formation through acquisitions and ownership succession. With a JD and an MBA from the University of Chicago, an undergraduate degree in history and English from Georgetown, formal training as a mediator, and extensive experience developing and defending business valuations and implementing governance structures for businesses in transition, her background uniquely positions her to contribute to TobinLeff’s mission of helping business owners maximize and monetize their life’s work by navigating negotiations and developing deals that are built to last.
Mary said, “I am thrilled to join the team at TobinLeff because of their depth and breadth of experience, their relationships in the field, and their passion for the people they serve. TobinLeff does great work and gets deals done because it takes the time to understand the client, the client’s business, and what matters to the client most. I look forward to working with the entire TobinLeff team as we serve as true partners with founders, owners, and entrepreneurs through the next phases of their business journeys.”
David Tobin, founder of TobinLeff, said of Mary’s addition to the team: “My partners and I are thankful to welcome Mary to the firm.
