TobinLeff is pleased to announce that it brought the parties together and served as the M&A advisor to the marketing communications firm Bullseye Media on its recent sale to ECT, LLC.
Bullseye Media, a McKinney, TX-based strategic marketing communications firm serving the dental industry, has over a decade of experience providing strategic marketing to the dental industry throughout the United States and Canada.
ECT, LLC is an independent investor firm with expertise in multiple marketing communications technologies and digital media platforms.
As part of the sale, Managing Partner of ECT, LLC, Ernie Cote, has been named CEO of Bullseye Media.
Marc Fowler, CEO of Bullseye Media, stated, “Roy Page and the TobinLeff team made an extremely complex process as painless as possible. From the beginning, Roy sought to not only understand Bullseye as a company, but me as an individual. My goal was not to simply find a buyer, but to find the right buyer to build on the success the team at Bullseye had achieved. Roy’s understanding of the Bullseye culture combined with TobinLeff’s proactive go-to-market strategy made that happen. I feel blessed to have been introduced to TobinLeff and truly appreciate the conscientious effort Roy put into helping to ensure a successful transaction.”
Ernie Cote, Managing Partner of ECT, LLC, indicated, “I’ve been on both sides of these transactions over the years, and Roy Page and the team at TobinLeff are among the best I’ve encountered. From my first dialogue with Roy, I sensed he would be easy to work with and void of the nonsense I’ve experienced with some advisors, and indeed he was. He was extremely responsive and helped break down the complexities of the transaction for both sides. I’d work with this team again anytime!”.
TobinLeff partner, Roy Page, offered these thoughts, “Marc Fowler, Founder and CEO of Bullseye, built a very strong enterprise as a specialist in the dental industry. His packaged dental offerings supported by robust digital platforms made Bullseye appealing to ECT, LLC, who was seeking to purchase a business with strong recurring revenue and packaged digital-based deliverables. Bullseye’s consistent revenue and EBITDA performance created considerable buyer interest from multiple institutional and private buyer prospects. We are delighted that ECT, LLC emerged as the perfect fit to reward Marc Fowler for his life’s work, and a strong opportunity for ECT, LLC to recognize solid ROI from strategic growth initiatives.”
