TobinLeff is pleased to announce that it served as the M&A advisor to Beanstalk Web Solutions on its recent sale to AccelerateBSi.

Beanstalk Web Solutions is a web development and internet marketing agency based in St. Louis, Missouri. Founded in 2013, they offer extensive expertise in web development, custom software, and data-driven digital marketing services.

AccelerateBSi is an India based technology company founded in 2012. They provide software development, digital services, and consulting to deliver powerful, scalable software systems on time and on budget. Their full stack capabilities and technology agnostic approach enable their team to create seamless digital experiences.

AccelerateBSi was seeking a US-based presence to expand globally. This acquisition helps them realize their strategic vision for a US operating base as well as creates growth opportunities for Beanstalk and their staff. Together, the two will expand their digital capabilities to provide deeper technical proficiency in enterprise platforms for their clients.
