TobinLeff is pleased to announce serving as the M&A advisor to Yes& Agency on its acquisition of GreenSmith PR, bringing the two parties together and advising in the acquisition process.
Yes& Holdings LLC has acquired all of the assets and clients of GreenSmith PR, LLC, building on a global integrated marketing organization with more than 80 people.

A Washington veteran with more than 35 years of experience at leading agencies like Burson-Marsteller, Edelman PR Worldwide and Havas Public Relations, Smith joins Yes& as Senior Vice President and President of the GreenSmith PR Division of the Yes& firm. Smith will also serve on the Yes& Management Committee.
Yes& Chairman Jeb Brown was seeking a nimble and flexible PR practice that could integrate seamlessly with the existing stable of federal technology practice leads and senior PR professionals already in place at Yes&.
